Summary of how to change the speed of multiple clips in DaVinci Resolve:

Set the desired speed on a single clip. Make sure Ripple Timeline is checked off.
Right click that clip and choose Copy.
Select the other clips you wish to be the same speed.
Right click those clips and choose Paste Attributes.
In the menu that pops off check off Retime Effects and Ripple Sequence; click Apply.
