Summary of how to export a still image (jpg, png) from a frame in a video in DaVinci Resolve:
- Set the playhead on the frame you wish to export
- Switch to the Color page
- Right click the video and choose Grab still
- Open the Gallery within the Color page
- Find the resulting still within the Gallery and right click it, then choose Export
- Set your destination, filename, and image type for your export
