Likert, as in a Likert Scale, is pronounced "LICK-ert", not "LIKE-ert".
This pronunciation honors the name of its creator, American social psychologist Rensis Likert.
There’s a fun anecdote online (ref) about this commonly misprounounced name...
In the story, a small Ph.D. research class was discussing Likert scales when the professor pronounced it “LICK-ert.” The students all looked at each other because they were convinced it was pronounced “LIKE-ert.” One of them finally spoke up to correct him, and the rest of the class agreed.
Instead of debating it, the professor calmly walked over to the classroom speakerphone and dialed a number.
The person who answered said, “Hello… Rensis here.”
The professor had just called Dr. Rensis Likert himself.
The professor explained that the class was arguing about how to pronounce his name. Dr. Likert reportedly responded, “My last name is pronounced LICK-ert, not LIKE-ert. Your professor is correct.”
So there you have it - LICKert not LIKEert.
